Understanding Your Organization's Screen

  1. From Manage Organizations, click on Manage next to the name of your organization.

  2. Click on the "Antioch" tab.

  3. Your organization screen will display all the students you are assigned to.

  4. The "Status" column indicates their status in the program.

  5. The "Program" column provides a link to the student's program portfolio. Click on this link to view the student's program portfolio.

  6. Badge counts indicate how many assessments are pending review and who they are pending review from.

Viewing Your Student's Program Portfolio

You can view your student's program portfolio from multiple views:

  1. Overview

The Overview has course modules grouped by category (e.g. Life and Ministry Development, Core Training Modules, etc.). Filled-in circles represent completed competencies, which have been validated by an associate faculty member. In this example, the student completed two Acts competencies.

   2. Transcript

The Transcript view displays all program competencies. Assessment icons indicate where things are at in the assessment cycle.  See our article on Understanding Assessment Status Icons.

   3. Dashboard

The Dashboard allows you to view program progress at a glance. The phases provide a suggested plan for completing the Antioch School program. Items filled in green are program requirements that have been validated by an associate faculty for credit.
