How Club Guard works
Club Guard is an automatic activity monitor for your club. It tracks member activity and removes players who have been inactive beyond a set timeframe. Club Guard helps keep your club active by ensuring inactive members do not take up member slots.
What happens to inactive members
Club Guard handles inactive members based on their role:
Inactive leaders are demoted to co-leader.
Inactive co-leaders are demoted to regular member.
Inactive regular members are removed from the club.
How leadership succession works with Club Guard
If the club leader is removed due to inactivity and a new leader is needed, Club Guard selects the active co-leader with the highest total donations. If two co-leaders have the same donation amount, Fame Points are used as a tiebreaker, followed by player level.
How to configure Club Guard
Only the club leader can set the Club Guard inactivity timeframe. To change the setting:
Open the Club Lobby.
Tap Edit Club.
Set the inactivity timeframe to 1, 3, 7, 14, or 21 days.
The default Club Guard setting is 14 days.
