Annual Transparency Report Pursuant to the Digital Services Act (DSA) Reporting Period: [2024 Annual Report]

  1. Introduction This report is prepared in compliance with the transparency obligations outlined in the Digital Services Act (DSA). As a hosting service provider falling under the DSA's material scope, we are committed to transparency in our content moderation efforts. However, we do not qualify as an online platform as defined in Chapter III, Section 3 of the DSA; therefore, additional provisions related to online platforms, including advertising transparency obligations, do not apply.

  2. Notice & Action Reports Number of Notices Received During the reporting period, we received 10 notices regarding illegal content. Each notice was reviewed in accordance with our policies and applicable legal frameworks. Trusted flaggers did not submit any notices. Notices are categorized by the type of alleged illegal content. Actions taken on the basis of the terms of use of the service and categorized by the type of alleged illegal content.

  3. Orders from EU Authorities Number of Orders by EU Authorities We received zero orders from EU authorities to act against specific content during the reporting period.

  4. Content Moderation Practices Description of Content Moderation Practices Our platform provides self-service options enabling users to manage and report content independently. We do not currently employ automated tools for content moderation, and our moderation team assesses all reported content in line with internal policies and legal obligations.

  5. User Complaints Number of Complaints Received We have received zero complaints from users regarding content moderation decisions or other service-related issues during the reporting period.

  6. Conclusion Our company remains committed to compliance with the DSA and upholding transparency in our moderation practices. We will continue to monitor and adapt our policies to ensure compliance with evolving legal and regulatory frameworks.
