If you’ve received a promo code from the VIP Team or as part of a promotion, you can redeem it during checkout in the store or purchase flow it was issued for.
⚠️ Important:
Promo codes can only be redeemed in the store or purchase flow they were issued for. For example, if your code is for Golden Ring, Web Shop, or HPAY, it must be redeemed there and won’t work in the others.
Open the store your promo code is intended for:
Golden Ring
Web Shop
HPAY
Select the offer you’d like to purchase.
Proceed to the checkout/payment screen.
Tap or click Details (you may need to expand this section).
Locate the Promo Code field.
Enter your promo code exactly as provided.
⚠️ Promo codes are case-sensitive, so be sure to match all capital and lowercase letters.
Select Apply.
Once the discount or promotion is applied, complete your purchase to redeem the offer.
Can’t Find the Promo Code Box?
The Promo Code field is hidden by default on some devices.
Simply:
Open the checkout page.
Expand the Details section.
The Promo Code field will then appear.

This example shows the Golden Ring checkout, but the same process applies when redeeming promo codes in any eligible shop or checkout, including Web Shop and HPAY.

Please check that:
✅ You’re redeeming it in the correct store or purchase flow (Golden Ring, Web Shop, or HPAY).
✅ The code was entered exactly as provided (promo codes are case-sensitive).
✅ The promo code hasn’t expired.
✅ The promo code hasn’t already been redeemed.
✅ The code is not restricted to your Player ID—some promo codes are issued exclusively to a specific account.

Some promo codes have additional built-in limitations that can cause them to show an error even when entered correctly:
Time-based – The code is only valid within a specific date or time window.
Redemption limit – The code has a maximum number of uses and may have already reached that limit.
Player-specific – The code is locked to a particular Player ID and will not work on other accounts.
If you’re unsure which of these applies to your code, please check back with the source you received it from (for example, the VIP Team or the promotion it was part of).
