You can invite your colleagues to your brand account so that you can collaborate and manage tasks together π§βπ€βπ§
However, the brand is only created after you submit your first brief. If you do not see any brand yet on your dashboard, go ahead and create a brief, and then invite your teammates to collaborate.
Add a Teammate
Here's how to add a teammate to your brand account π
Head on over to Brand details > Users π₯
Brand details can be found on the left side of the window. Click the drop-down arrow beside your brand name.
Click on "Invite"
Input the email address of the teammate you want to invite π
Click on "Send invite" and your teammate should be notified π
If your teammate does not have their own Billo account, they will be sent a sign-up link so they can create their account π€
If your teammate has their own Billo account, they are informed that they now have access and can view the brand under π§³ My Brands in their account

Can I revoke/cancel an invitation I sent?
Yes, you can revoke or cancel an invitation that was sent by mistake. While the Brand Role is listed as "Invited" you can press on the 3 dots, then Select "Remove"
Additionally, if an invite was not received or accepted initially, you can specify the email address to resend the invitation.
How do I remove a teammate from my brand?
To remove a teammate from your brand, please request this directly from our Customer Support team. You will need to provide the email address of the user you wish to remove. If the user does not need their entire account deleted but only wishes to be removed from specific brands, you can provide the list of those brands to facilitate the removal effectively.
Please provide the name of the brand and the email of the user that should be removed, and Billo Customer Support will take care of it. Removing a user will revoke their access to the specified brand accounts while their personal Billo account remains active.
