Creating a task is really easy! There are 3 main parts in the task creation process 😎

Video Details are the initial details of your task that will also determine the quantity and cost of the video
Payment is where you can review your final order, use your Billo balance as well as input the credit card information, and any promo/discount code if you have any.
Video Brief is where you indicate the scenes and mentions of the task or Hook - Concept - CTA brief for TikTok/Reel/Short video type. Please keep in mind that there is no Video Brief for Honest Review videos. 😉

Video Details

Select Your Product or Create a new product 📦
Select the Video Type
More details about your selected Video Type will be visible below your selection 😉
Select the Number of Videos / Creators
You can order as many videos on Billo as needed. Each video in the task will be made by a different creator that you have chosen. 🤩
Choose the Duration
Choose the aspect ratio. Landscape or Portrait is included, and Additional Crops are available in 4:5 and 1:1 for an additional cost.
Learn more about aspect ratios
You have the option to select any in-house editing services for your videos
Authentic Photos
You have the option to order 4 authentic product photos from each creator 📸
Select your Creator Criteria
- Choose between Regular or Premium Creators,
- Select your preferred creator's age and gender,
- Select tags that reflect your creator's characteristics
- Include more specific characteristics in the Additional Notes

Payment

Finalize your order summary
- you have the option to adjust the number of video units
- you can add a promo code if you have one (promo code cannot be used if you select Billo balance as your payment method)

Click "Submit order" or "Submit secure payment" to finalize your order 💳

Add the Task Brief 🚀 You have 3 options to choose from:
- Creative Mode
  - gives your Creators the freedom to be creative when making the video
- Generate Storyboard
  - Experience the magic of AI by generating a storyboard from your product description with ease and efficiency.
- Add your own Video Description
  - Scenes are for you to explain what the creator should do, how your product should be filmed, and what function of your product should be highlighted. You can add new scenes, change places or delete them.
  - Mentions are where you should write the phrases that the creator should mention while talking about your brand and product, promo, and call to action. We do have some predefined phrases to choose from but again you can add new ones, edit suggested ones, change places, or delete them.
Maximize the additional details
A field inside the task details that will allow you to give more instructions and clarifications, including links to images, websites, references, etc 🔗
Add Content Examples
You can add up to 3 links to content examples you would like to share with creators, or in-house editors (in case you ordered Editing services)

Unique Selling Points (USPs)

You can add 2 benefits of your product that you want the creator to mention in the video.

Hook - refers to the opening segment or element of the video designed to grab the viewer's attention and encourage them to keep watching 👀
- Library - you can choose from our selection of hooks from our library
- Let creators decide - you give full creative power to the creator on what hook is best for the video
- Other - you can specify a specific hook for the creator to include in the video
- "Save" your selection
Concept - refers to the overarching idea or theme that drives the content and guides its creation. 🎁
- Library - you can choose from our selection of concepts from our library
- Let creators decide - you give full creative power to the creator on what concept is best for the video
- Other - you can specify a specific concept for the creator on how you want the video to be
- "Save" your selection
Call-to-action - a specific prompt or instruction given to the audience at the end of the video, urging them to take a particular action. 🎤
- Library - you can choose from our selection of CTAs from our library
- Let creators decide - you give full creative power to the creator on what CTA is best for the video
- Other - you can specify a specific CTA for the creator that they will include at the end of the video

Once you are finished with creating a task and placing an order, we will review it within 1 business day and open it for creators to apply.
