If you already have a profile in our Student Portal, a new purchase may not appear immediately due to an integration delay. If this happens, email customersupport@askbillygene.com to request manual access.
Forgot Your Login or Password?
When you first signed up, you should have received an email with your login details. If you don’t remember them, follow these steps:
Login: Use the email address you signed up with.
Password: If you don’t remember your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page to receive a reset email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
