Please email us at customersupport@askbillygene.com and let us know if you’d like to request a return with refund or exchange.

If requesting an exchange, they MUST BE UNWORN. Please let us know the requested size you’d like so that we can verify if we have that item in stock.

If they are in stock, our team will provide you the instructions to send in your Origins.

Once verified that they are in an unused/unworn condition, we will process your refund/exchange.
