Upon creating your GoHighLevel account, once logged in, you should see a pop up on the bottom right of your screen with the option to “Join Your Kick Off Call.” (see screenshot attached)

If you don’t see this option, you will see a blue question mark in the top right section of your HighLevel dashboard. Click it and then select the "live chat" option to begin a new Support request.
