Choosing a folder

There are two ways to look at folder and the content of the folder.

  1. Clicking the folder and it will take you to what is inside. From here you can still do point two for the folders or documents that are in the folder you opened.

  2. Clicking the check box to the left of the folder(s).

By clicking the checkbox(s) a side window will open. Here you will see how many document(s) that are selected. Under that you have a range of buttons.

Download

By clicking the download button you can choose between Zip file or folder download.

Draft revisions can only be downloaded one by one.

If you attempt to download multiple drafts you will get an empty zip folder.

Move

By clicking the move button a window will open of the folder structure. From here you can move the folder or document to the new place.
