Hamburger menu - Documents

You will be able to find the hamburger menu on the top right in the right information menu after selecting a document. This menu might be closed and you will have to click on the arrow on the right side to open it.

Depending on where you are in the documents section you will see different action buttons by clicking on the hamburger menu.

Document structure table view

On the documents page you will be able to find the following action buttons in the top right buttons or in the hamburger menu on the top right:

Upload

New folder

Click the "New folder" button to create a new folder in the folder you are currently in.

Upload zip

Library settings

Click this button to go to library settings. You will also find library settings as a sub page to document settings.

Right information menu

If you have selected or opened either a document or a folder you will be able to find the the following action buttons towards the top of the right information menu:

Download

If you have write or full access to the document or you will be able to download the document by clicking this button.

3D

If you are looking at an IFC (IFC and IFCZip) or point cloud (Las and e57) file you can click 3D to open the document preview in the 3D viewer.

New revision

To upload a new revision of a document click the new revision button. This will open the file explorer and there you can choose the file you want to upload.

Uploading a file like this will create a new revision and not a new document.

New draft

If you have document statuses enabled in document settings you will be able to upload a new draft of a document by clicking the new draft button. This will open the file explorer and there you can choose the file you want to upload.

Model buttons

Create model

If models as documents has been enabled for your project you will be able to create a model in the models section that is linked to this ifc documents by clicking this the create models button.

Remove model

If models as documents has been enabled for your project you will be able to remove models. Removing a model will also remove the document.

View model

If models as documents has been enabled for your project you will be able to open the document-model the 3D viewer from the documents section.

Move

If you have full access to the document/folder you will be able to move folder(s) or document(s). When you press the move button you will get a window that asks you where you want to move the document(s) or folder(s) to.

Delete

If you have full access to the document/folder you will be able to delete folder(s) or document(s). When you press the delete button you will get a window that asks you if you are sure.
