The moment you complete a deposit, the status of the transaction will be displayed in your transaction history. This article will help you check the status of a recent deposit and troubleshoot any issues.

Note: ACH Deposits can only be withdrawn in USD or Crypto after 7 days. Learn more here.

How to check the status of a USD deposit via web browser

1. Check and confirm your deposit history status in the Deposits & Withdrawals tab of your Wallet page before making another attempt

How to check the status of a USD deposit via mobile app

1. Tap on the Portfolio tab in your Binance.US app

2. Tap USD Dollar under your Cash balances

3. The status of your deposit will be displayed Under the transaction history. Tap on any transaction to open the Transaction Details.

Troubleshooting deposit issues

1. Follow the steps above regarding checking the status of a USD deposit

2. Locate your failed transaction in your transaction history, select the failed transaction to open the transaction details.

3. Follow the steps outlined by the failure reason to troubleshoot your deposit

If you receive an insufficient funds notice, please ensure that you have 130% of the deposit amount available in your connected bank account. Please also confirm that your banking institution did not block the transaction.

If you receive a notice to Reauthenticate your ACH account, select Reauthenticate Now to reconnect your bank account to your Binance.US account.

USD deposit FAQs

  • I completed a deposit but my balance hasn't been updated, what do I do?

    If you successfully deposited USD and your balance has not been updated, please check if you had any outstanding balances (chargebacks). If you have an active chargeback, it will be automatically settled using the USD balance in your Binance.US account.

  • Why can I only deposit $1,000?

    Your daily ACH deposit limit is determined by a few factors including:

    • Verification level

    • ACH Connection Method

    • Previous deposits
