Our ACH integration process using Plaid may not support the multifactor authentication that you have set up with your banking institution.

If you encounter an ACH: Multifactor Authentication notice when connecting your bank account, this indicates that your multifactor is enabled and may not be supported


Troubleshooting ACH Multifactor Authentication

To connect your ACH account through Plaid, please temporarily disable the multifactor authentication on your bank account (not on your Binance.US account) and try again. After you've completed the authentication process, you can reenable your multifactor with your bank.


Please note: we currently do not allow savings or brokerage accounts to be connected as payment methods. If you are experiencing issues connecting your bank account, please ensure you are using a checking account to connect with Plaid.
