My Buy Crypto Order Appears as Rejected, Why Was I Charged?
When placing an order through our Buy Crypto page, the Buy Crypto order does not guarantee that the order will be filled or settled at the displayed price. Should you happen to experience this, please note the USD purchase amount should apply back to your USD Wallet. You can then retry your transaction using your account's USD balance. If the funds were not returned to your USD wallet, please reach out to our support team.

I Just Completed Multiple Buy Orders But Now I Can't, Why?
I Just Completed Multiple Buy Orders But Now I Can't, Why?
If you have completed multiple Buy Crypto orders in succession, it's likely that the transaction that failed was flagged by your bank. Waiting some time before you try again will usually resolve this issue.
To avoid this issue altogether though, we recommend completing one larger USD deposit first, then using your Binance.US-USD balance to complete multiple orders.
