After your intake form has been fully submitted, it usually will take just a few hours for a physician to review your encounter and prescribe your medication. In some rare cases, it can take up to 24 hours.

If the doctor needs any additional information, they will reach out to you via text and prompt you to reply on our dedicated patient portal.

There, you can discuss anything with your doctor if need be.

Generally, if you provide as much information to us during your intake form, your physician will not require more information from you, and prescribe your medication seamlessly.
