Yes it does, but it also depends on your personal experience. That will be up to the doctors discretion.

During your monthly check-in we will ask questions surrounding how effective the medication has been for your during your current dose and whether or not you feel you need to go up.

If weight goals haven't been met, and you feel that you can go up, the doctor will take all of this information into account and look to increase your dosage.
