From this point, you will be assigned to a physician in your state who will carefully review the information you've compiled and prescribe your medication.

This process usually takes a few hours. But in some rare cases, it can take up to 24 hours.

Once your physician has carefully reviewed your entire intake form:
​
1. You will receive a text message to the phone # we have on file to create an account on our secure portal where you can communicate directly with your doctor and view your medications.

2. There, you will be able to communicate directly with your physician via our HIPPA compliant chat platform. If they have any questions for you, or they need additional information, you will be communicated of this through that dedicated platform as well.

3. Sit tight and wait for your medication to arrive at your doorstep.
