How many people can access an Individual Subscription plan?
Only one person with their own unique credentials may access their account. Account sharing goes against our Terms and Conditions.
How many devices can I use?
There is no limit to the number of devices that you can access your BioRender account from. For security purposes, we would ask that you please sign out of one device before accessing your account from another. This will prevent any automatic sign-outs, ensure the security of your account, and potentially prevent losing unsaved work.
Can I purchase 3 Individual subscriptions?
Group subscriptions such as our Academic Lab subscription begins at 5 seats. Eligibility for our Lab subscription is dependent on the roles of the members in your lab.
The Lab subscription includes a seat for 1 PI and 4 other seats which are intended for other members of your lab such as Researchers, Students etc.
We do not offer 3 or 4-seat licenses on a Lab subscription as the 5-seat subscription has a discount that renders it cheaper than the two latter (see below).

4 seats = $1680USD/year
5 Seat Lab License = $1188USD/year
