What if it doesn’t fit?

We want you to feel your best when Borrowing, so we’ve planned ahead:

  1. Bipty requests information from each Lender regarding size and fit. This unique Lender Note is located in the description of each piece.

  2. Listings also include photos of the Lender and Borrowers wearing the piece so you can get an idea of how the piece fits in real life.

  3. We also recommend measuring yourself against the brand’s online size chart.

  4. If you are still unsure about sizing, please fill out this Fit Inquiry form with your measurements and questions to ask the Lender for their honest review.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds for fit once the piece has arrived.

Can I try it on beforehand?

Due to the nature of peer to peer rentals, we are unable to offer try-ons before booking.

The Lender Note should provide clear detail about how the item fits, but bear in mind YOU know your body best. Here are a few options to ensure the right fit:

  1. Review the Lender note & photos.

  2. Compare your measurements to the brand’s size chart.

  3. Read reviews of the piece on the brand’s site.

  4. Submit a Fit Inquiry & we will reach out to the Lender with any questions you may have.

If planning for a major event and it is too risky to not try the item first, we suggest Borrowing for the lowest duration of 4-days.
