We do not offer refunds for minor imperfections. If you have any questions about an item’s condition, please contact us and we can ask the Lender for updated photos. We’re here to ensure the best possible experience when Borrowing Bipty!

Lenders are required to freshly launder all items before sending them out. If your piece does not arrive in the expected condition or is inaccurately described, contact our team via live chat within 24 hours of receiving the piece.

Note: The piece must be returned within 24 hours of arrival to be eligible for a refund.
