How and when do I get paid?
How:
You will receive direct deposits in your bank account through our secure payment partner, Stripe.
When:
Bipty Payday is every Thursday! You will be paid for all completed Borrows. A Borrow is considered complete when the item arrives back to the Lender and all claims are closed.
Speed of deposit varies from bank to bank. Please allow 4-5 business days to see the funds deposited into your bank account.
How to connect my bank account to get paid?
We understand the importance of timely payouts, and with this simple one-time process, you'll have your earnings deposited directly into your bank account. Follow the steps below to get started.
1. Click the Link in the Set Up Email
Upon the completion of your first Borrow, you will receive an email with a link guiding you to set up your payout account. Click this link to initiate the process.
2. Email Page
The first page will have your email address auto-filled. No action is required here – simply click 'Continue'.
3. Personal Details Page
On this page, fill out basic personal details such as:
Full Name
Address
Date of Birth
Tip: Keep the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number handy, you'll need them on this page.
4. Professionals Page
This section might seem slightly more involved, but it's straightforward:
Industry Dropdown: Choose 'Clothing and Accessories' (located under 'Most Popular').
Your Website: Copy and Paste: www.bipty.io
5. Connect Your Bank Account
Last step! Connect your bank account to get paid out by directly clicking on your bank's name and signing in or by entering your bank's routing and account number.
6. Complete
That's it! Expect to receive your payouts every Thursday for all your completed Borrows from the week.
