So you've constructed a big beautiful email, clicked Recipients, chosen your desired list, and then clicked "Send & Track." But there's one problem: It doesn't seem like your email is sending! What to do?
In rare instances, the queue might be backed up. If this happens, just give the email a little while to send, and it will likely go through just fine. If your email has still not sent after an hour, shoot us an email @ help@birdeasepro.com or send us a message using the little blue & white speech bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen, and we'll do our best to diagnose the issue!
