Many BirdEase users have come to love our Auction feature! Not only can your entire auction be held virtually, it is a great way to build connections with and support local businesses in your community. It is also an easy way to raise extra money for your cause!
By showcasing your items in advance, you allow registrants to plan and enter the auction with a clear idea of what they want to bid on, making the process more straightforward and fun!
Step 1: Adding Your Items:
• To add an item, navigate to the Auction tab via the left-hand navigation and click the "Add Item" button.
Fill in the relevant information and add a brief description of the item. To add photos, click the "Images" tab to upload a picture of the item along with a Sponsor Image if applicable:
If you would like to display multiple images, use the Description field:
Note: When going through the Options located at the bottom of your item editor, be sure to enable the "Display on Auction Page" toggle so the item appears on your site.
