Are you receiving too many alerts or do you wish to only be alerted when there hasn't been a medication report. Learn how to customise your alerts to give you a personalised experience using Birdie.
Log into the Birdie agency hub using your personal account
Select the 'Alerts' page from the menu at the top of the screen
In the bottom left hand corner, select 'Notification Settings'
If you want to receive both text and email alerts, ensure all the boxes are ticked.
If you only want to receive email alerts, untick all the SMS options.
