If you've arrived at your client's house ready to submit a report but are unable to record any medication observations for your client. This is usually because the client has been marked as self-administering their medication.

If you believe this has been done in error, please contact your office admin team and ask them to double check.

The office team can check by selecting the client and scrolling to their Medication manager section, under Personal Details they'll be able to see whether the client has been marked as self-administrating.
