Our digital assessments allow you to save precious time and focus on delivering quality care to your care recipients, as well as ensuring that care remains person-centered by making these digital assessments visible on the caregiver app.
How to find and use the digital communication assessment on Birdie
Select your client and navigate to their Care plan section, once there you can select the communication assessment in the assessment categories.
Go through each of the questions in the following sections in the assessment; speech, hearing, sight, comprehension, expression, language, personal preferences until you have completed the needs assessment for the care recipient.
