We understand that there may be a need for you to be linked to multiple agencies and branches to deliver outstanding care whilst using Birdie. You can switch branches easily with the same profile allowing you to transition from one agency to another.

How do I use the multi-branch feature on the hub?

In the top-right-hand corner of the agency hub you will see the current branch you are in, Click this and a dropdown menu will appear of all the branches you are linked to. From this list, you can select the branch you want to view.

Please note: If you have just recently been linked to another branch you will need to log out and log in again to see the change.

What to do if you are having an issue with switching branches on the Agency Hub

If you are having issues with switching branches on the agency hub this is likely due to one of the following reasons:

  1. The link has already been used

You are clicking the magic link whilst already being logged into Birdie. All you need to do is log out and log back in.

To log out of the Birdie Agency Hub, click on your initials in the right-hand corner and select Log out at the bottom of the list. You can then request another magic link which will log you back in and resolve the switching branch issue.

2. You are not linked to the branch you are trying to access

If you cannot see the branch on the drop-down menu, first try logging out of the agency hub and back in, you may have recently been linked and the system has not updated yet.

If you still cannot see the branch on the drop-down menu then you may have not been linked to the branch. To solve this, you will need to contact the manager of the branch you need to be linked to and get them to request you be linked to that branch via the support chat function.

You cannot request yourself to be linked to another branch for security reasons, you will need this request to come from another manager.
