What is KYC?

Updated over 2 months ago

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process for individual users.

It allows the exchange to confirm that:

• The user is a real person.

• The information provided is valid and verifiable.

• The account complies with security and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Completing KYC allows access to higher limits, deposits, withdrawals, and full functionalities.

Why was my KYC rejected?

KYC may be rejected due to:

• Blurry, incomplete, or illegible documents.

• Expired or unaccepted document.

• Information that does not match the registered data.

• Error during facial verification.

• Altered or edited images.

In case of rejection, you will be able to resubmit the corrected information from the verification section.
