To transfer funds from your Spot account to your Futures account, your balance must first be converted to USDT. The system only allows transfers to the Futures account when the balance is available in USDT.
Steps to follow:
1. Go to your Spot account.
2. If your funds are in another currency (BTC, ETH, or others), you must convert them to USDT.
3. Once you have an available balance in USDT, go to the Transfer option.
4. Select From: Spot Account and To: Futures Account.
5. Enter the amount and confirm the transfer.
After converting your funds to USDT, you will be able to transfer them to your Futures account without any issues.
