Why does my Futures account appear as inactive?

If your Futures account appears as inactive when trying to transfer funds from Spot, it means you have not completed the Futures account activation process.

To activate it:


1. Go to the Futures Account.
2. Read the risk confirmation notice.
3. Click the “I understand the risks” button.

Until you accept this confirmation, the system will keep your Futures account inactive and you will not be able to transfer funds.

Once the risks are accepted, your account will be automatically activated and you will be able to transfer your USDT without any issues.
