Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once the process is completed, you will not be able to register again using the same email address, phone number, or identity information used during the KYC verification.
Step 1
Log in to your Bit1 account through the website.
In the upper-right corner, click the Profile icon and select Account Safety.
Step 2
From the left-side menu, select Account, then click Account Safety.
Step 3
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. In the Delete Account section, click Delete Account to begin the account deletion process.
Step 4
Carefully review the information displayed on the screen before proceeding.
Once you have read the information:
Verify that all the required conditions for account deletion have been met.
Check the confirmation box to acknowledge and accept the account deletion terms.
Click Delete Account to continue.
