There are multiple methods for refunding your customer:

1. You may refund any of your refundable orders from the order list page on the Merchant Panel.

If you click the refund button for any refundable order & input the delivery Wallet Address, your customer will be refunded in full regarding that order.

This method is valid only for full refunds. Please consider that you need to choose the other method for partial refunds.

2. You may make a withdrawal via the API endpoint

3. You may send the coins back by using the make payment function on the Merchant Panel. The amount will be transferred from your balance in coins.
