You can start your account verification by accessing the "Account Settings" and navigating to your "Personal Details" or by accessing it directly via this link.

Make sure that all the personal details submitted are correct because once submitted they can’t be modified for your own protection.

Once you do that, you can begin with the account verification, which is the tab directly below your "Personal Details”, or access it with the following link.

Step 1: Upload a form of identification. Just select the correct option (ID or Passport) and tap “Browse” to choose the document to upload.

Step 2: Upload proof of residence, according to the instructions given on the page.

Step 3: Upload a selfie, following the instructions on the page.

And just like that, as soon as your documents are all approved, you will have your account fully verified!

Note:

Please make sure the documents submitted are no bigger than 8 MB combined, and only in JPEG/JPG format. The documents must be readable and in full view.

When your documents are uploaded, you will need to wait for our Compliance team to review them. Once they do, you will receive a notification to inform you if the documents have been approved or rejected.
