1. What is the Vault's purpose?
The vault is essentially a free service that we offer to all of our players, that allows you to safely store all or part of your balance away.
While your coins are in the Vault, they cannot be used (wagered, withdrawn, or exchanged).
It's a great way to save on transaction fees, for example.
You can just put your winnings in the vault, and withdraw them all at once when you are done with your betting session.
2. How to use the Vault?
Whether you want to deposit into your Vault or withdraw coins from it, the process is very similar:
Go to the tab “Vault” on your cashier;
Use the "To" button to choose if you want to deposit to the Vault, or withdraw from it;
Insert the desired amount;
Select “Deposit to Vault” or "Withdraw from Vault;
For Vault withdrawals, if you enabled 2FA on your account, you'll need to insert your 2FA code. Otherwise, make sure you check your inbox for the confirmation e-mail.

3. How to check your Vault's balance?
Bear in mind that if you have some coins in your vault, they will not show up on your balance. You will always need to come back to the Vault tab to check it out.
