Ideally, you will need to have an annual transaction volume greater than CHF 50’000 and then simply request to the Support Team to move from the Verified level to the Expert one. You will have to use the blue chat function at the bottom right side of your screen ( example below ) to reach us.

Please don't forget to be logged into your Bity account for which you are requesting the Expert level.

We may ask you to provide some additional information: provide us the documentation related to the origin of the funds used in your business relationship with Bity.
