You can delete/suspend your account at any time by making a support request while logged into your account. You only have to tell us your username and that you want to confirm the deletion/suspension of your account.

You'll have to use the blue chat function in the bottom right corner ( example below ) to reach the support team and request it.

Bity has a legal obligation to keep the data of its customers for 10 years. Therefore, if you have placed an order and it has been executed, your account will be suspended until 10 years after your last transaction was executed. If you do not have an executed order, your account will be deleted upon the reception of your request.
