Steps to Resolve Payment Failures
To resolve a payment issue and ensure your order is processed smoothly:
Confirm that you included the correct Bity reference in your payment details.
Contact your bank to check the processing status of your transfer, especially if it's an international transfer.
If your payment has already been refunded, verify the reason for the return and reinitiate the transaction with the correct details.
Note that transfers in the SEPA or CHF zone usually take 1 to 2 business days. International transfers may take longer.
Contact your bank if your transfer exceeds the expected processing time.
Important Considerations
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank's processing duration, so allow a few days for returned payments to reflect in your account.
Double-check payment details such as IBAN, reference, and name to prevent delays or rejections.
In case you forgot to enter the Bity reference linked to your order (bity.com XXXX-YYYY) or you have filled an invalid one, your funds will automatically be returned.
Please ensure all payment details are accurate to avoid unnecessary delays or rejected transactions.
