Accepted documents
A proof of address (or proof of residence) is a document that allows Bity to verify that you reside at the address provided during registration.
To be accepted, the document must:
be issued within the last three months,
clearly show your full name,
clearly show your full residential address.
If a bank statement is provided, the IBAN or bank account number must be visible, along with at least some account activity.
The following documents are generally accepted:
utility bills (electricity, gas, water),
landline or mobile phone bills,
bank statements,
official residence certificates or government-issued address documents (where applicable).
All documents must be clear, complete, and readable.
