The verification process can often take some time because we work around the clock to get our customers individually verified. Our customers’ safety and privacy is always our top priority. 

We have recently updated our online onboarding page so it can take as little as 1 business day to be reviewed once your file submitted, but keep in mind that it can not be the case depending on the complexity of your documentation or the charge we might be facing. If your files are not accepted or aren't correct, you will receive feedback by email detailing what is missing or what is outstanding so you can make sure that it is corrected and completed.

As soon as your account is approved, we'll send you a confirmation to the email associated with your Bity account.

Also keep in mind that the documentation related to the Expert level request can take more time to be verified due to its complexity.
