You'll have to use the blue chat function in the bottom right corner ( example below ) to reach the support team and request the modification. You have to be signed into the Bity account for which you are requesting the modification, if requesting through the support chat function below.

Please include both old and new email addresses in your request. A member of our support team will change it for you as soon as possible and you'll receive an email confirmation. Don't forget to access your email box and confirm the modification, otherwise you'll lose access to your account if you fail to do so.

In case you forget to confirm the validation, you can always request a new confirmation email ( don't forget that you'll receive it on the new email address ).
