We have no access to our customer's private keys. For this reason, we cannot give you back any keys for any cryptocurrencies.

In order to recover your private key, you may try the following:

1. If you created your wallet on a computer or a phone, it is possible to recover your key from backups previously made.

2. If your wallet was created on an external platform that retains your information, you can try to get in touch with them and see if there is a way to recover your key.

3. Check with your partners or relatives or anybody else you might have given your private key to.

It is your own responsibility to keep your private key safe and to follow security rules. When creating a new wallet, we suggest carefully reading over the FAQ and security policies of the platform before you begin the process.
