When you want to sell your cryptocurrencies, we highly recommend to sent your cryptocurrencies from a personal cryptocurrency wallets and not from an exchange or exchange wallet (Binance, Bitstamp, Coinbase etc.).

Indeed, a transaction made from an exchange can take longer to be executed, and you have a limited time to execute a sell order on Bity's ATM (generally 10 minutes).

If the above-mentioned time-limit is exceeded, your payment will be marked as invalid and your transaction on ATM will be cancelled.
