In very rare cases, the ATM does not issue any paper wallet during the buy/sell process. This can happen when the printer paper in the ATM is empty or when there is a paper jam at the device.

In that case, please contact Bity support and indicate the following information (in order to be as efficient as possible in handling your case):

  • Exact date

  • ATM Location

  • Amount of money (CHF/EUR) you put into the ATM
