In very rare cases, the ATM does not issue any paper wallet during the buy process. This can happen when the printer is empty or when there is a paper jam at the device.

In that case, please contact the Bity support or use the blue chat function in the bottom right corner ( example below ) to reach the support team and indicate the following information (in order to be as efficient as possible on handling your case):

  • Exact date and ATM location

  • Bills and amounts introduced in the ATM

  • A photo of your ID document

  • A photo of the small receipt in case you have one
