Your redeem ticket will only be valid to scan for withdrawal for up to 30 days after the transaction is confirmed as complete. If you have kept your redeem ticket past this allocated time, you will need to contact Bity's support in order to create a new ticket.

In case you have damaged your redeem ticket QR code after a sell transaction, you will need to contact our support for further assistance. If you have damaged your paper wallet QR code after a buy transaction, you can simply manually type out your private key to access your funds.
