In light of evolving international regulations — such as MiCA in Europe and CARF globally — we have decided to limit onboarding to residents of Switzerland.
This is not because we are legally prohibited from onboarding non-residents, but because meeting different regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions would create additional complexity, costs and risks.
By focusing exclusively on Swiss residents, we can:
