When you place a purchase order and wire us the funds, you have to indicate the reason for your payment, a reference like “bity.com XXXX-XXXX”, the “X” being capital letters and/or numbers.

If this reference is not listed on the payment order or it is incomplete or wrong, your funds will be returned to you ( fees may apply ) and you will have to place a new purchase order.
