You can temporarily freeze your BIX Card from the app to help protect it or prevent purchases while you’re not using it.
To do so:
Sign in to the BIX app.
Go to the Cards section.
Select the card you want to manage.
Tap Manage.
Select Freeze and confirm the action.
While your card is frozen, purchases and transactions cannot be made.
When you’re ready to use your card again, return to Manage, select Unfreeze, and confirm the action to reactivate your card.
