What should I do if a transaction is pending?

A pending transaction means the payment has been authorized but has not yet been finalized by the merchant.

This is a normal process and usually resolves automatically.

While the transaction is pending:


• The amount may appear temporarily reserved in your account.
• The merchant still needs to confirm the payment.
• The status will update once the process is completed.

If the transaction remains pending for several days, you can contact support to review the payment status.
