What should I do if a payment appears twice?

If a payment appears twice in your transaction history, it may be a temporary duplicate authorization.

This may happen when:


• The merchant attempts to process the payment more than once.
• The system creates an additional authorization before completing the payment.
• The merchant performs a pre-authorization check.

In many cases, one of the charges will automatically disappear once the merchant finalizes the transaction.

If both charges are completed and you believe it is an error, you can contact support to request a review.
