Protecting your account is essential to keep your funds and personal information secure.
From the BIX app, you can manage your account’s main security settings.
To access them:
Sign in to your account.
Go to the Settings section.
Select Security.
From this section, you can:
Enable or manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Configure an Authenticator App.
Enable SMS or Email Authentication, when available.
Set up Passkeys for biometric sign-in.
Change your account password.
We also recommend following these security best practices:
Use a strong, unique password.
Never share your login credentials with anyone.
Never share your card information, including the full card number or CVV.
Always access your account from trusted devices and secure networks.
